Welcome to the MoonTimer Multicultural Lunar Calendar for Women and Girls. This is a unique and special gift for Goddess of All Ages, especially those who are approaching or crossing the threshold from childhood. It is inspired by a desire to create, for them, a positive expectation of this experience that is with us for 40 years, and to restore the respect our cycle deserves as the vehicle by which we ALL arrive here!
Possibly I went a bit overboard this year with images by Warwick Goble, Arthur Rakham, and Edmund Dulac, all famed illustrators of a bygone day. But the characters were so enchanting that they could not be refused! I hope you like the stories without words that they tell. If metaphor is a language describing the internal landscape, these might be Metaphors Made Visible.
A Day on the Loch -- The Princess Out of School, a painting by Edward Robert Hughes, inspired this busy day on Loch Ness. Such an assortment of conveyances and characters is seldom seen. |

Double Agent - Noor Inayat Khan was the daughter of an American mother and master musician and mystic Hazrat Inayat Khan (credited with having introduced Sufism to the West). She was the first woman sent into occupied France as a wireless radio operator, using codes to transmit clandestine messages to the Resistance Network. And of course, ZANY HOLIDAYS (and a few traditional ones)are included at no extra charge!!! (All real, by the way, except for January 1st, which I made up myself.)
As always, each month is curated in the opening page of the calendar, and artists whose images I have borrowed are credited.

The next screen will display that quantity and the Paypal log-in. To make your purchase without a Paypal account (as a 'guest'), scroll down to bypass the Log-In. Personal checks are also accepted, but please email to make arrangements (and please do email us if the portal gives any trouble). If you are in the Denver Metro, you can select 'pick up' as your shipping option and we can arrange to meet, thereby avoiding postage costs (however - we will not be available locally between December 23rd & January 1st). To use Venmo instead, just send me an email with the quantity desired and your mailing address. I will generate an e-invoice with my Venmo address and you can pay from that. |
Special thanks are due to the Print Goddesses at Signal Graphics, 5120 S. Broadway in Englewood. We recommend them highly for all your printing needs. Ask for Anna and tell her The MoonTimer sent you!
They have been enthusiastic and super-responsive to the needs of the project, even donating 50 copies of an economically produced version (using a lighter weight paper) for gifting to non-profit agencies serving marginalized women and girls. Wow! What a great partner!
Generosity is so gratifying. You can participate in making Christmas brighter for some sisters you've never met. Learn more about our gifting program here.
Much gratitude to our repeat customers, you inspire the persistence to keep producing these calendars year upon year in spite of the obstacles. New customer? Welcome and Thank You!
Many blessings to you and yours! Don't forget to Drink the MoonLight whenever you can -- this is how MoonLight becomes You. YOU ARE the calendar.
